Steps: Collect a queue ticket and wait for your turn

Location: Any official outlet of China Mobile or China Unicom

Additional Information: The entire procedure generally takes around 30 minutes, subject to the number of people present. Your passport will be verified and photographs will be taken.

Establishing a Bank Account at BOC

Required Documentation: Original and photocopy of passport, IRS number from your home country, a valid local mobile number, and an employment certificate

Steps: Take a queue number and wait until you are called

Location: BOC Branch located at 428 Huizhou Avenue, Baohe District, Hangzhou

Additional Information: The account opening process usually takes about an hour. It's recommended to enable SMS alerts and mobile banking features for better account management.

Temporary Residence Registration

Required Documentation: Passport with an appropriate visa, employment certificate, and original tenancy agreement

Steps: Present your documents to the police officer and complete the temporary residence registration form

Additional Information: This process must be completed within the first 24 hours of your arrival in Hangzhou, except for public holidays and weekends.

Medical Examination

Required Documentation: Original and photocopy of passport, three 2-inch photos with a white background, and if available, a recent medical report from your home country

Steps: The procedure involves consultation, registration, form completion, payment, and the actual medical examination. The medical report will be available in three working days.

Location: Health Center situated at 367 Wuhu Road, Hangzhou

Additional Information: Do not consume any food, coffee, milk, or fruit for at least 5 hours prior to the medical examination.

• Completion of all terms set forth in the renewal contract is followed up.

Lease Concluding and Exit Process
