Once we selected an apartment, she negotiated the terms with our landlord to help us get most of the things that we requested for the apartment. She also went out of her way to bring the contract to us after the landlord had signed it becuase we couldn't meet directly with him due to our working hours. Her and the company have also been incredibly helpful while we have been living in the apartment to assist us in fixing the few minor issues that we have run into.
