Cici has been so very helpful over the 3-4 years that I have connected with her that's it's crazy. As a foreigner sometimes it's hard to communicate with landlord for fixing things or other admin help. Having someone reliable, cheerful and trustworthy as Cici really put me at ease. Cici was very helpful whilst I was looking for an apartment in Hangzhou. For someone who cannot speak Mandarin the process would have been challenging without her assistance. She provided me with several options to choose from and was available to provide any additional information throughout the process.
