"Young was able to find an apartment for me with my given criteria. After I found one she helped me get settled and make payments to landlord. She has a good attitude and is friendly and easy to work with. My suggestion is that she show more pictures before an apartment is seen in person, so that a client could narrow down their choices of apartments. Overall it was a positive experience having Young as my agent."
